NEXUS Group, Nexus Insurance Brokers LLC is one of the Largest Independent Financial Advisors in the region offering a composite suite of insurance, savings and investment products to Corporate and Individual clients. Nexus has over 320+ qualified professional consultants and is supported by a cadre of 70 dedicated and qualified support staff in the Middle East region offering a broad range of licensed products from regulated providers. With some twenty years’ experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), Nexus operations are located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Lebanon and the Kingdom of Bahrain to underpin a professional and quality level of service to our clients. Nexus is regulated for the provision of Life Insurance, Savings Plans, Group Medical and Life programs as well as various classes of Commercial Insurance also including Employee Benefits. Nexus needed to deploy ERP and revamp their IT infrastructure which was agile, flexible and highly available to meet the growing business needs with a tight budget.

Seven Seas undertook the task of designing and deploying infrastructure which would be agile, highly available, flexible meeting their growing business needs. Seven Seas-Nexus insurance partnership brought about an agile and highly availably private cloud, built upon IBM Bladecenter, storage, Microsoft System Center suite of products, Hyper-V and CA Data protection suite. The new infrastructure currently hosts all their MS infrastructure services and business applications.
The project was completed in time and is currently live. This new virtualized infrastructure is yielding the business advantage in terms of higher productivity, scalability, agility, Service availability and much reduced TCO.
With the help of Seven Seas and next generation technologies, we were able to bring the required agility, adaptability and flexibility in our IT business and have better productivity and operational capability with reduced costs.
