Key Account Endorsement Officer – Employee Benefits, Corporate Solutions

The Key Account Endorsement Officer supports the Key Account Manager (KAM) by managing all endorsement-related tasks. This role focuses on processing endorsement requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely execution, while adhering to underwriting guidelines and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Endorsement Management:

• Assist clients with endorsement requests, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Verify eligibility criteria for all endorsement requests prior to submission to insurers.
• Process endorsements on insurer portals when applicable.
• Follow up diligently on turnaround times (TAT) to ensure timely endorsement implementation.

Policy Administration:

• Respond to email inquiries within 24-36 hours, acknowledging receipt and providing updates.
• Ensure endorsements are activated promptly and accurately.
• Validate and cross-check documents for accuracy before submitting them to insurers.
• Coordinate with the KAM for sub-standard requests or exceptions.
• Handle ad-hoc booking tasks on NTAS as required.

External Communication:

• Insurers: Engage with insurers to follow up on endorsement requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Clients: Act as the primary contact for endorsement-related tasks, maintaining strong communication to manage expectations effectively.

Key Requirements:

Language: Proficiency in Arabic speaking is required.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of addition/deletion underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and insurer portal processing.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate and address client concerns to avoid escalations and potential financial implications.

This role requires a proactive attitude, extensive knowledge of endorsement processes, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Effective management of client expectations and meticulous record-keeping are essential to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
