What will you be doing?
As a Life Insurance Client Conservation Officer at Nexus, you will be in direct contact with our clients with an aim to increase persistency and provide each customer with an exceptional standard of service. ONLY THOSE EXPERIENCED IN LIFE INSURANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
The job will include:
- Communicating regularly with our customers (both external and internal), through telephone calls and emails to provide them with retention solutions and assistance with reinstatements.
- Ensuring that the internal CRM systems are duly updated with accurate post-call information.
- Regular interaction with product providers, to represent our clients’ interests, ensuring that customer requests are followed through till completion.
- Providing information and clarification to customers with policy related queries.
- Working in close coordination with the sales, servicing, and compliance teams.
- Offering proactive solutions to help resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Providing all customers with consistent, streamlined service.
- Assisting customers, when required, with documentation.
What we are looking for:
- An individual with a positive attitude, who is willing to learn and is a strong team player.
- Prior experience in a customer-retention, complaints handling and/or servicing role, in the life insurance industry would be advantageous.
- A customer focused, result-oriented insurance professional (preferably).
- Familiarity with insurance providers operating within the local market, their products and processes would be preferable.
- A flair for the English language, with an ability to speak fluently and handle customer objections with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
