Nexus Insurance Brokers LLC (NIB) is one of the largest financial brokers in the region offering a composite suite of life insurance, general insurance, savings, and investment products to corporate and individual clients, from a range of international and domestic product providers.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide effective support and advice for the efficient administration of a high quality, accurate and responsive recruitment function as Nexus plans for an extensive growth strategy. The job holder will oversee the Sales Force recruitment process, writing and placing adverts, building preferred supplier lists, shortlisting, interviewing and completing associated administrative tasks by providing all relevant documentation in a timely manner. You will be expected to develop creative sourcing techniques, utilize relevant technologies, source high caliber candidates using the appropriate recruiting channels and ensure best practice recruitment processes are adhered to.
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in insurance/financial/insurance/investment industry.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Recruitment
- Familiar with recruitment technologies and providers operating within the local market.
- Able to work with and contribute as part of a team.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
